Shepard, the Punch and Judy mechanical bank celebrates the centuries old comic couple and has become one of most popular and highly desired mechanical banks ever produced. In fact, no collection of mechanical banks is complete without a prime example of the famous Punch and Judy bank, of which there are three main variations: small, medium, or large letters on the theatre’s marquis.the base plate with cast inscription "BUFFALO. N.Y.-U.S.A./PATD IN U.S. JULY 18 '84/AND JULY 22 '84/RD in ENGLAND/NO 10423," Ht. 7 3/8, W. 6 1/8 in.
