RARE ANTIQUE LATE 19TH C Dime Savings CAST IRON BALL STILL BANK Puzzle on tripod legs. THE BANK IS ALL ORIGINAL. No Damage or Cracks. Rare Antique Late 19th Century Cast Iron Ball Still Bank. Measuring 3" high x 3 1/4" in diameter. The top of the bank in molded letters says, Dime Savings and 221 N 12 ST. On the underside, PAT. AP'LD FOR. There are three feet on the underside and the still bank still retains some of its original silver paint. I saw online that someone had one apart but couldn't get it back together. It seems like it is a puzzle. I don't know the key to the puzzle to open it. I have seen three versions of this bank. One has Quaker Societies along with the address (if that is what it is) on this type of ball bank. Another has the address (if that is what it is) on a cast iron Safe bank. The third is my Dime Savings version. SA 5249 020820
